By 2020, I was a sucker for getting hammered and playing with cardboard thanks to the Nintendo Labo. Similarly, in 2020, I was a sucker with an incredible addiction for buying things that I didn't need (mainly vinyl records) and as a result, ended up with excessive amounts of cardboard boxes. I of course recycled a lot of them, but one day I figured I'd attempt to get some "reuse" out of them before recycling, and so I dedicated an entire stream to just playing with cardboard and drinking wine. 

At one point in the stream, I received a raid from DasViiDonya thanks to Andrew, who had suggested me as the raid target. One of the people in that raid was Betta! She seemed nice enough and hung around for a bit prior to leaving, at which point I figured that would be the end of it. Once I was getting ready to finish my stream and my glass of wine, I was looking for a raid target, and noticed that Betta was streaming. Thinking that it would be a cute idea to bring the new viewers back to someone familiar, I decided to raid maybetta, who at the time was playing Thomas was Alone. 

It isn't uncommon for me to raid a new person, get a quick feel for the vibes and then move on if I don't find myself clicking with the streamer. But from what I could tell, I liked Bettas chill vibes and I enjoyed the community atmosphere that she fostered, so I stuck around! 

It wasn't until I saw a stream where she went to a beach just to play Dustforce that I realized how INSANE she was.
